Short Bio / Message from the Candidate:

I'm Stan Goffinet and I am the Republican candidate for County Council District 2.
My wife Cheryl and I raised two sons Mark and Tim.

In my professional career as a computer programmer/analyst, I served Tell City Chair, Welborn Hospital, Belk Store Services, Baptist Health, Walt Disney World and Aramark Corp.

I believe my experience and attention to detail is important to the success and overall health of our county.
In the past I served as a County Councilman from 2011 to 2014 and in 2014 served as the Council President.
My experience in work related financial systems and budgeting is a WIN, WIN for Perry County.

Most importantly, my resolve and commitment of Council transparency and budget accountability is my number 1 priority.
I would appreciate your vote this November, in my run for County Council District 2.
